Action on Violation set to ‘Prompt User’

Once the task details are entered for a mission and the ‘Validate’ button is clicked; VBS2Combined Arms will prompt the user with a dialog box requesting whether the mission should take place although it is targeted through a No Fire Zone.

If the ‘Yes’ button is selected then Mission will be queued. If the ‘No’ button is selected the error message in image 11f.5 will be displayed on the Strike Instructor Control Panel.

However when a projectile passes through a Battlespace management zone it creates a record in the Battlespace Violation Log. This can be found in the following location Battlespace Management > Battlespace Violation Log

This window will show records of each projectile which passed through the Battlespace management zone and will also provide information such as the violated time, fired unit, Firer, Fire zone name, and whether it is selected to save in an AAR. (Preferences -> Record Violation in AAR).

The violation log will record No fire zone, Restricted fire zone and No fly zone violations.

Violation Time is the entering time to the no/restricted fire zone for projectiles, for aircrafts it should be the entering time to the no fly zone.
